I'm missing, I know. Our Hawaiian vacation post will have to wait due to a kidney stone that is trying to make its way out of my body. The pain has been annoying up to this point but now (as of today) it is getting a pit more painful and causing muscle spasms in my back (literally like a contraction) that are no fun and only increase my discomfort.
So until it passes (currently it is midway down my side) I am spending as much time as possible in bed with a heating pad, drinking copious amounts of water and dreading the day when the stone reaches my bladder and urethra and the "real" pain begins. Oh joy.
